Do you hire helmets?

Yes we give out free helmets for all bike hire and we strongly recommend that you use one but its not mandatory.

Do you have any accessories?

We also have a range of accessories. All our bikes are fitted with a bottle holder & lock, we can sell you a water bottle (full of water) for £3.00. We also have child seats which must be pre-booked.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a £30 deposit on any hire, this can be paid by cash or credit/debit card. This will be returned at the end of the hire should the bike be returned in its original condition.

Please note if you use a credit/debit card it can take 2-10 days for the amount to reappear in your available funds.

Do I need to bring I.D.?

Yes we require two forms of ID, one photographic and one with your current address. If this is a letter or bill it must be dated within the last 3 months.

What happens if I damage the bike?

We will keep the security deposit you left with us at the time of collection to pay towards any repairs. It is crutial that you notify us as soon as any damage it noticed on 0330 223 2254. It is your responsibility to get the bike back to us if you are unable to ride it.
